2. Exchange for Wrong Product Received

An exchange is available only if you have received a product that is different from the product you originally ordered.

• A clear video of the package/product unboxing, showing the product received and its packaging

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are required to record a continuous, clear unboxing video when opening their package.

The video should clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening
• The package being opened
• The product received
• The product packaging and relevant labels

An unboxing video is required for us to verify claims relating to an incorrect product delivery. Requests without sufficient proof may not be eligible for exchange.

4. Product Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in mint and saleable condition
• Remain in its original packaging
• Include all original labels, seals and packaging, where applicable
• Not show any signs of use, damage, alteration or tampering

Products that have been opened, used, damaged or altered after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

5. Exchange Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be raised promptly after delivery. We recommend contacting us as soon as you identify that the wrong product has been delivered.

Our team will review the submitted information and unboxing video before approving an exchange.

Once the request is approved, we will provide you with the next steps for the exchange.

6. Verification & Approval

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by the Jivya Ayuskyn team.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee an exchange. The request will be assessed based on the order details, product received, product condition and supporting evidence provided.

7. Incorrect Address or Change of Mind

We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selected while placing the order
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• Failure to accept or receive the shipment
• Products that have been opened or used after delivery
